Illay Peru Travel Refund and Return Policies
At Illay Peru Travel, we are committed to offering exceptional tourist experiences in Cusco, Machu Picchu and the Inca Trail. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that require cancellations or modifications to your travel plans. Below we detail our refund and return policies to ensure a transparent and satisfactory experience:
BOOKING CONDITIONS
- Confirm the reservation a minimum of 60 days in advance to reserve and purchase available spaces for entry to
Machupicchu, Train Tickets and Hotels. - The reservation is confirmed with the payment of the first installment indicated on the cost sheet.
- Once confirmation is made, availability of your trip and making the respective payment; send the voucher by whatsapp to the numbers: +51 922 272464 / +51 900 274846 and to the email: info@illayperutravel.com
- For the reservation we request the list of passengers who are going to travel where it contains: Names and surnames, Age, Number of Passport or Identity Document with a current and updated date and a copy of the same to verify the information.
- Pay the following installments on the indicated dates, otherwise you will be subject to payments with interest.
TERMS OF SALE
- In case of changes and/or rescheduling 15 days in advance, the client must assume the penalties that train companies, hotels and state entities require for changes and/or modifications.
- Changes or rescheduling are not accepted 24 hours before the trip.
- In case of no show: it is not endorsable or refundable.
- In case of cancellations or cancellations:
- Cancellation after the reservation is made, minimum penalty of 10% of the tour price for administrative expenses.
- Cancellation between 45 – 30 days before, penalty of 30% of the tour price.
- Cancellation between 29 – 20 days before, penalty of 60% of the tour price.
- Cancellation between 19 – 0 days before, a penalty of 100% of the tour price will be charged.
Ticket Purchases:
- Tickets for tourist attractions such as Machu Picchu and the Inca Trail have specific refund policies set by the relevant authorities.
- Any ticket refund requests will be subject to the ticket providers' cancellation policies. Illay Peru Travel is committed to assisting you in the refund request process, following the established guidelines.
Itinerary Modifications:
- If you wish to modify your itinerary after your reservation is confirmed, we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability and applicable fare adjustments.
- Modifications are subject to the cancellation and availability policies of our suppliers.
Claim Procedure:
- To initiate any refund or return process, please contact us through our email or phone number provided on our website.
- Provide detailed information about your reservation, including the reservation number and payment details.
Processing Time:
- We undertake to process all refund requests within a reasonable time, generally no later than 14 business days from receipt of the complete request.
