Code of Conduct ESNNA

Code of Conduct ESNNA (Sexual Exploitation of Children and Adolescents)

In Peru, the protection of the rights of children and adolescents is fundamental and is supported by the Code of Conduct ESNNA (Sexual Exploitation of Children and Adolescents), a law that establishes clear guidelines to prevent, punish and eradicate any form of sexual exploitation of minors in the context of tourism and other activities.

Travel agencies in Peru, such as Illay Peru Travel, are committed to strict compliance with this Code of Conduct. This implies not only respecting the law, but also adopting additional measures to protect minors during all our tourism operations. From training our staff to raising awareness among our customers and suppliers, we strive to create safe and risk-free environments for children and adolescents.

Our policy includes the immediate reporting of any suspicion of child sexual exploitation, active collaboration with the relevant authorities, and the promotion of an organizational culture that places the welfare of minors as a top priority.

For more information about the ESNNA Code of Conduct and our commitment to the protection of the rights of children and adolescents, we invite you to visit the official website of the Peruvian State: ESNNA Code of Conduct.

At Illay Peru Travel, we firmly believe that responsible tourism not only enriches the experiences of our travelers, but also contributes positively to the sustainable and ethical development of the communities we visit.
